Our new clinic is now open at 392 Bank Street, Ottawa.

Please review the following before booking your appointment:

Appointments & Deposits

A $75 deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward the total cost of your treatment.

Deposits are refundable when appointments are cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours, no-shows, and appointments more than 15 minutes late will result in the deposit being forfeited.

If you require a refund, please email us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Pricing

Pricing for appointments with Nurse Emily will be updated effective September 1, 2026. Pricing for all other providers will remain unchanged.

All prices listed are before HST.

Before Your Visit

Your intake forms will be emailed after booking. Please complete all required forms prior to your appointment to ensure a seamless experience.

Toronto Clients

Pricing for our Toronto Pop-Up Clinic differs from our Ottawa location. Appointments with Nurse Emily are announced approximately 2–3 weeks prior to each Toronto clinic opening.
